Overview of the Departments page

On the Departments page of the Configurations menu, you can view and search the complete list of departments. On the Departments page, you can also add and modify a department.

A Users Click to show the complete list of users, groups, and services.
B Categories Click to show the complete list of categories. From the Categories page, you can add and modify your list of incidents.
C Security policies Click to configure the access policy for files that are not associated with a case.
D Add (+) drop-down Click to add a new department.
E Search box Enter keywords to help you find departments.
F Go To button Click to open and modify the group.
