On the Files page, you can search for and filter the complete list of files (videos and other files) that have been added to cases, as well as open the files to view or modify them. You can also search for and open existing cases.
Watch this video to learn more. Click the Captions icon (CC) to turn on video captions in one of the available languages. If using Internet Explorer, the video might not display. To fix this, open the Compatibility View Settings and clear Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.

|B||Filters||Choose to show only cases, only files, or both. On the Search page, the Cases and Files filters are both preselected by default.|

|D||Category||Filter search results by category. You can select one or multiple categories from the drop-down menu. The categories displayed in the menu vary depending on your configuration. The search results dynamically update as each check box is selected or cleared.|

|F||File associations||Filter search results to show only cases with linked files, only cases without linked files, or both.|
