On the Search page, you can view, search, and filter the complete list of cases, as well as videos and other files that were added to cases.
Watch this video to learn more. Click the Captions icon (CC) to turn on video captions in one of the available languages. If using Internet Explorer, the video might not display. To fix this, open the Compatibility View Settings and clear Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
|A||Search Criteria||Click the Search criteria list to show or hide the search tools.|
|B||Filters||Choose to show only cases, only files, or both. On the Search page, the Cases and Files filters are both preselected by default.|
|C||Search box||Enter keywords or tags to help you find cases, videos, or other files that have been uploaded.|
|D||Category||Filter search results by category. You can select one or multiple categories from the drop-down menu. The categories displayed in the menu vary depending on your configuration. The search results dynamically update as each check box is selected or cleared.|
|E||Anytime||Filter search results by date or time.|
|F||Case Status||Click to select Open, Closed, or both to filter search results by case status.|
|G||Case associations||Filter search results to show only cases with files, only cases without files, or both.|
|H||File associations||Filter search results to show only cases with linked files, only cases without linked files, or both.|
|I||Device assignment||Filter search results by devices assigned to the selected user.|
|J||View map||Click to search for cases or files on a map.|
|K||File or case thumbnail||Click a case thumbnail to
open the case edit page, or click a file thumbnail to
open the file edit page.
NOTE: Thumbnail previews are displayed in search results for the following files: BMP, PNG, JPEG, GIF, Icon, and MP4.
