Configuring your account information

To modify your account details or change the file request terms and conditions, you must configure your account information.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have a secure connection to the web.

What you should know

  • The account name, the account logo, and the contact information are clearly displayed in all file requests.
  • The contact information is specific to the account.

To configure your account information:

  1. Click Configurations > Account information .

  2. Enter or modify the following:
    • Account name: Click to hide description
      The name of your organization.
    • Contact email: Click to hide description
      An email address for contacting your organization.
    • Contact website: Click to hide description
      A website for your organization.
    • Contact phone number: Click to hide description
      A phone number for contacting your organization.
  3. In the File request information section, cut and paste the File request terms and conditions that you require for your organization.
  4. In the Account logo section, click the logo field.
    1. Navigate to and select the logo for your account.
    2. Click Open.
      BEST PRACTICE: Use a logo with a transparent background. The maximum recommended size for an account logo is 350 pixels wide by 70 pixels high.
  5. Click Save.

Your account information is now configured.
